The governement doctrine grew so immense that it became embedded in our culture.
13) Hunch (v) -to thrust out or up in a hump; arch: to hunch one's back
The old man hunched himself as he made his way down the street.
14) Predominant (adj) -having ascendancy, power, authority, or influence over others; preeminent
Predominantly caucasian males have been the elected officials of the United States of America from the 20th century and back.
15) Discretion (n) -the power or right to decide or act according to one's own judgment; freedom of judgment or choice
His level of discretion was enough to enlighten the room and completely change their perspectives.
16) Provision (n) -a clause in a legal instrument, a law, etc., providing for a particular matter
The provisions provided by the school board were apparantly reasonable enough to override the popular vote.
17) Seizure (n) -taking possession of an item, property, or person legally or by force
My mother seized the keys from my hand announced that I would not be going out that Friday night until I did the dishes.
18) Warrant (n) -something that serves to give reliable or formal assurance of something; guarantee, pledge, or security
The warrant of the house proved the termination of the house payments would be on December 14, 2016.
19) Infraction (n) -breach; violation; infringement
An infraction of law can result in life in prison.
